PE PP PPR pipe for water supply and drainage system application, this extrusion line can equip different conic single screw extruder for making different size pipe. It can have the following features: 
1: Pipe diameter from 16mm upto 1600mm 
2: With different kind wall thickness for different application 
3: Can make the pipe have different layers, such as: Middle use recycled material and inner and outer layer use new material

 Production process

Plastic automatic loader →Hopper plastic dryer→ Single screw extruder (Mark line extruder)→ Mould and calibrator → Vacuum forming machine → Water cooling tank → Haul off machine → Cutting machine → stacker
